My name is Valery Frey.
I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor from a Yoga Alliance registered school, YogaRenew.
I am a witchy artist based in Orlando, Florida.
I also have a 20-hour certification in Yin Yoga.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2011.

My main goals are to help others tap into their creative wells, reconnect with themselves, and reconnect with nature.
I always strive to give my students a safe space to explore their practice. I am committed to helping my students evolve in their practice in a way that promotes their personal growth and internal peace.
Yoga is much more than physical postures: It is a union of the mind, body, and spirit. It is a philosophy, a mystical science, a way of life. I am honored to share this practice in love and acceptance with all who practice with me.
